WHAT NEXT? IS THIS THE START OF THE FINAL MELT-UP?
We’ve been witnessing a very severe tightening of liquidity conditions over the last several weeks and months, as a result of which, some of the most liquidity-sensitive assets — including leading AI stocks, Bitcoin, and even emerging markets — have all underperformed very, very severely during this period.
That said, we finally have reasons to be optimistic from here. A very critical shift in Fed policy — one that I had specifically predicted in my last video — has finally materialized!
And this change in Fed policy has the potential to pave the way for a dramatic improvement in liquidity conditions from here in the weeks and months ahead. And any improvement in liquidity conditions, in turn, could set the stage for a strong turnaround in the fortunes of risk assets.
